Synopsis of Teaching

The
current crises in the world exemplify that what you think, and
where you put your energy, is what you get. If you feel insecure,
and focus on making yourself secure, that merely energizes the
experience of insecurity. |

It is time
to wake up and see the futility of control. There are systems,
structures, and spiritual disciplines, all of which are fortifying
the need to control, to force, to dictate, to bring about what
the intellect wants. |

with control, with survival, with keeping life in a fixed place,
is anti-discovery, anti-becoming, anti-Life. |

Life is
always moving on, bringing about greater and greater connection.

The
current crises in the world exemplify that what you think, and where
you put your energy, is what you get. Energy follows
thought. The energy doesn't care whether you want it or don't
want it. If you focus on it, you energize it, and you will
experience it.
If you feel insecure, and focus on making yourself secure,
that merely energizes the experience of insecurity. It is
an attempt to insure that you will be in control of the unknown,
the mystery, which is impossible.
To be in the safest place is to be present. When you are totally
present, not holding on to fear or worry or anticipation, you won't
be where calamities occur. You find that you just aren't there
when these things happen. If you are trying to keep yourself
safe, if you are afraid, you will put yourself right in harm's way.
This is a lesson about energy that humans continue to misunderstand.
If you look at history, you see that everything that
has been done to try to control the world, hasn't worked.
It hasn't made the world safe. It is time to wake up
and see the futility of control. But of course there
are systems, structures, and spiritual disciplines, all of
which are fortifying the need to control, to force, to dictate,
to bring about what the intellect wants. This is far from
allowing.
I have great compassion for what is happening in the world.
Yet I also recognize that what is happening is a direct consequence
of ignorance, of separation. It is the ignorance of trying
to control what happens, trying to manipulate, trying to keep Life
the way one perceives it should be. That goes against the
flow of The Consciousness. The Consciousness is a continual
movement of discovery, experience and experiment.
The obsession with control, with survival, with keeping life in
a fixed place, is anti-discovery, anti-becoming, anti-Life.
When you seek to control Life, you are really saying that Is-ness
is not all right, that The Consciousness does not know what it is
doing.
The perfection of Life is continuous discovery and becoming.
Life is always moving on, bringing about greater and greater
connection. When you focus on that, put your energy into that,
you get more of it.
We are here to discover how energy works, to understand the core
of Life and how it is always evolving, always becoming. Humans
are missing that lesson. They have misunderstood the whole
purpose of Life. They have emphasized the material, outside
existence, even creating an outside God. All of that is in
error, taking the human away from the Self, and putting humanity
into separation, which is putting it into harm's way, a recipe for
disaster.
Life is accelerating, and the frequency and magnitude of current
calamities are consequences of that acceleration. When humans
try to hold onto a structure, a way of being that has outlived its
time, that effort creates more chaos and separation.
As Life accelerates, we can experience more of this chaos.
But if we stay present with what-is, we won't be affected by these
occurrences. We will be aware of them. These events
may happen to us. But we won't be affected by them.
We will see these events as occurrences that were set into motion
in the past, and now need to work themselves out.
We can encounter these experiences very gracefully, very
presently, or we can do so kicking and screaming all the way.
It really doesn't make any difference to The Consciousness.
The end result is the same: transformation, transcendence.
It is up to each individual to come to this awareness, to see the
bigger picture, to recognize the dead-end of survival and separation, to
transcend that through surrender and allowing, to discover
that each of us has the innate ability to respond to Life in
each moment. Each of us is in direct relationship with
Life, moment by moment. Each of us, by allowing and remaining
present, has the appropriate response to anything that is taking
place. When we live this way, there is constant becoming,
and no separation.
It is no longer a question about survival, but of creation.
It is about coming together and creating a way of Life that is sustainable
and fulfilling. top
